Counter can count objects or persons difficult to count mentally.
Examples: number of people in a large event, in a theater or on the street; passing vehicles on a highway; the number of seeds on a plate; the number of apples that are in an apple tree, etc.
You simply touch the Apple Watch screen for counting each occurrence.
